yes yes....we’re still alive
apologies for the really big gap in blogsville- here at ndcc central we have been hugely busy
beavers with the Pilton village boulder loft for the year and I have been neglecting my duties
as techno-blogger lately-the most recent news is that the slab section went up pretty
much instantly thanks to simon’s super quick woodworking skills and has been getting
seriously abused from day one- word of the past summer was INJURY as it seems that almost
everyone up this way has twanged, tweaked and damaged themselves in one way or another-
we have been out a lot this year and the Jan edition of the blog will update everyone with
a selection of story telling from recent exploits-the cold weather....well don’t get me started
on that-
2011 will see Pilton running four nights a week with more wooden creations going in and not
to forget the everso slightly ambitious lead wall project that should be started soon once
simon and mca stop scratching their heads as they gaze up and point at the roof in various
places with the intention of creating yet another wooden monster for your delectation-
seriously though, mr.young is in the same league as the victorian shipbuilders when it comes
to creating amazing structures in very short periods of time-
the church wall in barnstaple has been started too and the south west bouldering wall has
opened it’s doors to you lot after an extensive re-fit (check more links for the link)-
